BOSTON – (February 25, 2020) The Patient Experience Symposium is excited to announce the return of MOFI (formerly known as The Nason Group), to the Fourth Annual Patient Experience Symposium, where they will conduct an in-depth, learning lab entitled “Changing the Game by Disrupting the Patient Experience.” MOFI invites attendees to engage the power of consumer-centered design through the lens of disruption, as they challenge others to embrace bold, game-changing ideas for creating the experience that patients and their families deserve.
In addition to the popular two-hour learning lab, Shawn Nason, CEO and chief ecosystem disruptor of MOFI, will be moderating a fireside chat with Sean Slovenski, senior vice president, president of Health & Wellness for Walmart U.S, and Matt Parry, who leads the customer experience for the new Walmart Health clinics, entitled “Being Authentic in a World Full of Chaos.”
“What a gift it will be to gather with so many other thought leaders in Boston to think differently and boldly about how the current healthcare system treats people,” says Nason. “We believe in radical collaboration and we know that, when the right leaders come together to think boldly about disrupting the status quo in healthcare, big things can happen.”
This highly acclaimed conference will take place May 11–13, 2020, in Boston, and brings together hospital executives, physicians, and nurses along with innovation, clinical, and patient experience leaders from around the nation. Patient Experience Symposium’s conference director, Bill Doherty notes, “MOFI delivered a workshop last year that was a big hit. We’re excited to work with them again with their intriguing strategic approach to patient experience as an important component of our conference.”
