BOSTON – (December 4, 2019) – As a part of The Patient Experience Symposium, The Institute for Healthcare Excellence (IHE) will be delivering a transformative session on Monday, May 11, 2020, at The Row Hotel, Boston, MA, entitled “Creating a Culture of Excellence, Thriving, and Performance in a Time of Transformation”, led by William J. Maples, M.D., President and Chief Executive Officer, and Read G. Pierce, M.D., Vice President, Culture Transformation and Strategy.

New for 2020, The Patient Experience Symposium has extended the conference to three full days, broadening its content for attendees.
