CANCELLATION POLICY:  Should you be unable to attend for any reason, please inform us IN WRITING, prior to August 31, 2020 and a credit voucher for the full amount will be issued.  No credit vouchers will be given for cancellations received on or after September 11, 2020.  Substitutions of enrolled delegates may be made at any time.  In the event this conference is cancelled due to restrictions imposed by COVID-19, all registrants will receive a voucher for the virtual program and also a voucher to attend The Patient Experience Symposium 2021. Program content subject to change without notice.
