Session:

Driving Clinical Care Improvement in Pancreatic Cancer: The Canopy Cancer Collective Creation Story

This virtual content will be available starting October 4

Canopy Cancer Collective Pancreatic Cancer Learning Network (CCC-PC) is the first learning network created by Canopy Cancer Collective. Creation of Canopy was inspired by a patient's experience dealing with the fragmented care experience that many patients face throughout their journey. This inspiration led to partnering with leaders in the field of pancreatic cancer care and research in June 2020. Canopy Cancer Collective partners with leading healthcare institutions to create new patient-centric learning health networks. These learning health networks connect top medical care providers, cancer researchers, and wellness specialists to formulate and foster best practices in cancer care. By creating a healthier system that bypasses bureaucracy, Canopy Cancer Collective increases both physician and patient satisfaction — while also improving outcomes. The first network was founded to overcome pancreatic cancer. Future networks will combat other cancer types.
