Joy Jones specializes in organizational behavior, team development and leading largescale system change. She enjoys helping other’s find their passion, facilitating complex discussions, keynote speaking, designing executive education and teaching college-level coursework. In her current role, Joy leads Cleveland Clinic’s Office of Caregiver Experience, an enterprise-wide function serving sixty-six thousand employees, known as caregivers. The Experience team in partnership with global stakeholders are working to achieve a bold vision - create the best place to work in healthcare.
Since 2014, Joy has led strategic planning and organizational development for Cleveland Clinic’s engagement team resulting in significant percentile rank increases each year administered and during the last survey administration resulted in top quartile status. In addition, she designed and implemented innovative solutions including town halls, coaching communities, leader courses and a micro-learning performance-coaching curriculum. Joy is the 2014 and 2015 recipient of Cleveland Clinic’s Caregiver Excellence award for innovation, having developed enterprise-wide change management tools. Prior to finding a passion for healthcare, Joy held leadership positions in banking, consumer products and consulting as manager of leader development for Nestle USA, vice president of training & OD for National City Corporation (now PNC), manager of learning analytics for KeyBank and as a principal consultant and executive coach.
