Aamer Ahmed is the Executive Director of Patient Experience at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Mass General Brigham Integrated Care. He has an extensive background in innovative patient experience improvement methods, espousing lean six sigma and human-centered design thinking methodology.
Aamer is responsible for the development and execution of patient experience strategy at BWH and fostering a service culture on the pillars of the community, patient, and employee experiences. Aamer has a keen interest in building equitable experiences by listening and understanding the diverse voices of our community and co-designing our processes to accommodate the needs of our patients.
