Amber M. Maraccini, PhD is a Principal, Customer Experience (CX) Advisor for Medallia, a pioneer and market leader in Experience Management. She received her Master’s and Doctorate degrees from the University of Nevada, Reno, where she studied behavioral science and the application of behavioral systems to organizational settings.
Amber’s post-graduate training includes certification as both a TeamSTEPPS master trainer and certified patient experience professional (CPXP). After several years of developing and leading PX programs within healthcare, Amber currently partners with her clients to co-create best-in-class PX programs through survey and reporting design, program architecture, change management, and closed-loop follow-up processes. Outside of work, Amber takes pride in empowering women and families through her service on the Nevada Women’s Fund board and as a coach for the Girls on the Run Sierras program in Reno, NV.
