Colleen Russell is the director of engagement at Northwestern Medicine- a Chicago-based integrated academic health system comprised of 11 hospitals, 2 medical groups, and over 30,000 employees. Colleen oversees NM’s CX program for both patient and employee engagement across the health system. Colleen holds a Master of Health Services Administration  and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan. She is an avid indoor cyclist, mother of three happy children and former college cheerleader.
