The Good Listening Project

Frankie Abralind is executive director of The Good Listening Project, a nonprofit that uses Listener Poets to cultivate resilience and wellbeing in healthcare. Previously, Frankie served as the lead designer for the Innovation Hub at Johns Hopkins Sibley Memorial Hospital, where he worked on improving the healthcare experience for patients, staff, and visitors. Frankie studied design at Cornell University and earned his MBA from the University of Maryland. He's also a game inventor; his creativity game BrainSpin helps teach collaboration and is available in game stores all across the country. Frankie lives with his wife and six typewriters in Washington, D.C.
