Chief Patient Experience Officer

Stacey Parkin has been focused on patient experience at MultiCare for the last 8 years and currently serves as the organization’s Chief Patient Experience Officer. Prior to this role, she worked in the areas of Strategy & Business Development and Retail Health and Service Line Development among others.
Stacey also has extensive experience outside of healthcare working with a forest products company, Weyerhaeuser, in a variety of roles with increasing responsible within sales, marketing, customer service, operations, supply chain and market analytics. Her passion has always been on providing the best service to patients with a keen understanding of the end consumer.
